You may have a partner, friend or spouse, but nobody knows what it is like to go through fertility treatments and care. You deserve to connect, be seen, and feel heard. You do not have to do this alone or sift through "online groups." There is power in coming together with others who share similar experiences. This is a weekly support group to help you as you go through fertility treatments. Immersive Chakra Awakening

Join music therapist Melissa Howard and reiki master Erin Shea in an immersive meditative experience. Each session focuses on 1 of the 7 main energy centers of the body, known as chakras. The facilitators will help participants awaken their energy through the use of sound healing, aromatherapy, crystals, reiki energy healing, and guided visualization.
