Position Overview:
Position Type: Full-Time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Salary: $5,000 to $6,000 per month
Work Setting: Private Practice with Telehealth Option
Location: Flexible – Choose Your Own Schedule

- Masters or doctoral degree in counseling or a related field.
- Current state licensure as an LCPC/LCSW or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional functioning, and psychosocial needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, client goals, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Provide individual, couples, family, children/adolescents, and group therapy using various modalities, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, track progress, and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Offer crisis intervention and supportive counseling to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emotional distress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in clinical counseling through ongoing professional development activities.
