What to Expect in a Session

Sessions take place either on a futon mat on the floor or on a massage table, depending on your comfort and needs. Shiatsu is received fully clothed. Loose leggings or sweatpants and a long sleeve shirt are recommended.

You do not need to talk during your session. Some clients enjoy quiet rest, others like to check in briefly. Kristin will follow your comfort level.
