Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’m dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for teens and adults to find healing and growth. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, loss, anger management, and self-esteem. I also specialize in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, those with ADHD, and offer guidance in parenting and geriatric counseling.
I believe in a collaborative approach, working with you to develop personalized strategies that empower you to achieve your goals. Whether you’re seeking to manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, or simply find greater well-being, I’m here to support you on your journey.
My Master of Arts degree is in counseling from Governors State University which provided a CACREP counseling program. This program is more rigorous and intense than other counseling programs and provides students with the best education in counseling. I have also worked as a school counselor in the high school setting and volunteer at a Teen Center.
I see clients at the Homer Glen office and I also do telehealth sessions.
