Courtney Gogins is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in depression, grief, anxiety, self-esteem issues, as well as advanced training in couples’ therapy. Courtney has a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on marriage, couples and families from Governors State University. Courtney treats clients beginning at the age of 18, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Reality Therapy and Gottman Interventions with her clients. Courtney has extensive experience counseling individual adults and couples in clinical settings.
Courtney is experienced in therapeutic techniques such as cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, goal-setting, and conflict resolution. During her personal time, Courtney enjoys yoga, dancing, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.
