Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Erin and I’m a masters level counselor and master level reiki practitioner. I graduated with my BA in psychology from Beloit College and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Governors State University. I have additional training in domestic violence, sexual assault recovery, gender expansive care, and Level I sandplay. Helping individuals heal and grow from trauma in childhood and adulthood is my life’s greatest mission.

I have a passion for holistic wellness, and I believe healing needs to occur on a mental, somatic (body), and energetic level. I use a range of practices to integrate mental, somatic, and energetic wellness into the counseling process. These practices include sandplay, art, mindfulness, guided meditation, energy work, and traditional talk therapy. I believe every client is unique, therefore your healing journey should be too.
