“Sometimes life is like this tunnel. You can’t always see the light at the end of the tunnel, but if you keep moving, you will come to a better place.” — Iroh
I am currently pursuing a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s degree at Governors State University. I work with an array of people of all ages, providing the tools to fulfill emotional needs and overall daily living. I hope to guide you through a safe, judgment-free, journey of self-discovery, forgiveness, healing, and growth. I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and children of immigrants. I utilize compassion and empathy in my counseling style while combining person-centered and psychodynamic approaches. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and play therapy into the counseling experience. The counseling experience is different for everyone; thus, my goal is to ensure individuals acquire what they need to move forward in their journey of life.
Specialties: LGBTQIA+ community and children of immigrants.
