She Rises – A Womens Empowerment Group

Are you a woman feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in your daily roles?

She Rises is a small, supportive women’s group created for women who are carrying a lot—work, family, relationships, expectations—and who want space to reconnect with themselves.

In this group you will:

• Share experiences in a safe, confidential, and supportive space
• Explore personal growth and self-awareness
• Build practical coping skills for stress and burnout
• Learn to set healthier boundaries and strengthen self-worth

This is not a lecture series. It is a small circle of women walking alongside one another with guidance, structure, and room to breathe.

Who: Women ages 18+
Group size: 8–10 women (spots are limited)
When: 1st and 3rd Mondays starting in October
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Length: 2 hours per session
Duration: 10 weeks
