She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organizational Behavior and has extensive experience in office operations, team leadership, training, and client-focused service.
Her professional background includes nine years as an office manager within a private optometric practice, where she oversaw day-to-day operations, including hiring, training and personnel management, daily financial closeout, and relationships with industry sales representatives. She also developed patient education materials and standardized employee training procedures, including guides for teaching first-time contact-lens wearers proper insertion, removal, care, and handling.
Patricia also worked in the financial-services industry as a licensed broker with Raymond James, where her responsibilities included supporting client relationships, coordinating financial seminars, and assisting with business operations.
Throughout her career, Patricia has combined strong organizational skills with a people-centered approach to leadership. She values clear communication, accountability, efficiency, and creating systems that support both staff and clients.
In addition to her business-management role, Patricia also serves as a Certified Life Coach with Beyond Healing and is the founder of Heart-Mind Connection, where she supports individuals navigating life transitions, personal growth, and overall well-being.
