Join us for a Women’s Wellness Circle as we journey through the seasons and learn how Chinese medicine views the body and maintain balance and good health. We will learn how the 5 elements (fire, earth, metal, water, wood) relate to each meridian and how some simple practices can protect the body from imbalances that can lead to illness. Each month we will journey through one meridian (internal “rivers” or energetic pathways) and discover how they influence our body, mind and spirit/emotions. Each session will offer guided movement and meditation. We’ll learn about simple acupressure points to help ease restlessness, anxiety, pain, and overwhelm. We’ll explore how seasonal foods can support your health and well-being. Participants will leave with an understanding of how easy it can be to add some health promoting practices to your daily routine. Be prepared for a multisensory experience!
