I have a passion for connecting people with resources. My desire is to help clients develop agency in their own lives reaching their goals and becoming self-advocates. I will help you achieve this by providing support and an environment that will help you identify your strengths and practice new skills.
I have a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Seminary. My professional experience has included working with family and children dealing with trauma. I also provided counseling services to young adults and non-traditional students making career and education decisions. My therapeutic practice has intersected with treatment issues including parenting, life transitions, couples work, personal development, mood disorders, and addiction. My frame of reference for treatment is Family Systems Theory which I utilize in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy modalities and EMDR.
