Come and spend an hour disconnecting from your stressors and reconnect with yourself.
Yin Yoga is very slow-paced “on the floor practice” where poses are held comfortably for several minutes at a time. While focusing on your breath and body your mind and spirit unwind, leaving participants feeling relaxed, and reconnected. The sessions will begin and end with a brief meditation.
Young and Old, flexible and inflexible are welcome and can benefit. All that you need is to come with comfortable clothing, a small blanket, yoga blocks, and a mat if you have them.
Class is led by Patrick Wolf, therapist and yoga instructor.
