“At the end of the day, we are accountable to ourselves-our success is a result of what we do”- Catherine Pulsifer. My passion in life is to help others recognize their personal strengths and apply them to best accomplish their life’s goals and mission. I believe that it is up to each individual to identify their trauma and take the steps to end the dysfunctional cycles that so many get caught in. Accountability is key in your success!
I have worked in a variety of settings including both residential and clinical environments, working with both adolescents and adult age groups. I have experience in relationship issues and family conflicts, stress and anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, depression, communication problems, and coping with life changes. I use a person-centered, multicultural and integrative approach in treatment. I use many techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, and reality therapy.
My goal as a therapist is to provide the treatment you need, in the best way possible. I know first-hand how much life can change for the better when you accept support and take steps toward taking care of yourself!
